Hi, I'm Atlie Gilbert —

NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach,
Corrective Exercise Specialist, and founder of GC Team.
But before any of that, I was someone who felt stuck in a body that
didn’t reflect how hard I was trying.

At one point, multiple medical professionals told me that statistically,
bariatric surgery was my best option if I ever wanted my body to change.
That’s nice if you’re a statistic.
I’m not.
I didn’t wake up one day magically motivated.
I didn’t follow a perfect plan.
And I didn’t rely on extremes, punishment, or gimmicks.
I built results the hard way —
through education, consistency, structure, and learning
how to work with my body instead of against it.
I lost over 140 pounds, kept it off, rebuilt my relationship with food and movement, and created a system that actually lasts.
